An oil derived from Macadamia Ternifolia seeds, contains palmitoleic, linoleic, oleic essential fatty acids. Particularly high in palmitoleic acid, a fatty acid that decreases as we age, it is excellent for preventing premature aging. The molecular structure of the oil resembles skin’s natural sebum. This helps penetration of the acids into the skin where adipocytes take up the acids increasing cellular volume and phytosterols reinforce cellular membrane structures. Also helps to prevent trans-epidermal water loss.
