$6-7 Everyday Shipping on Thailand and most other international orders.
For all other foreign orders, shipping is added on the order form. Shipping rates depend on where you are located. Generally, shipping rates are $5-12 depending on your global location. Shipping rates are the same or below the USPS international first class postal rates.
Free shipping for ALL purchase orders totaling $95 or more for most countries. For most countries, please note that when you check out, if your purchase is $95 or more, there will no shipping line printed on the invoice. Your shipping is free. If your country cannot safely deliver first class international air mail, the shipping fee will be noted on your order.
International Customers: Shipping fees will be added to your order when you checkout. The fees are based on the weight of your order and where the order is being shipped. The average size order fee will be $5-7 or less. United States Postal Service First Class International Airmail is the service that is used in all cases unless you email or call and request another service. This class of service is not trackable. Please request another class of service if you feel your local mail service may lose/misplace/pinch your order. For Italy and Spain, Express Service is the only option offered. You may always request first class service but you waive your right to a replacement order.

If you do not wish to order online, call 1-512-633-5223 to place your order via telephone. Our Customer Service representatives are available to accept your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card purchase from 9AM-4PM, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. Once you have placed a phone order, you may call anytime and leave a message in our voice mail letting us know which products you would like. We will process your order on the next business day using your original phone order information.
When will your order ship?
Orders will ship on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. Sometimes when shipping employees are available and after special sales events, orders may ship on other days of the week. You will receive an email with tracking information after your shipping label has been created and your order has been shipped.

Secure Online Payment Processing
At Cellular Skin Rx, online credit card orders are handled through PayPal. The CSRx website has received the PayPal Seal of Verification. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the PayPal computers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you’re using an approved browser — one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. These servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Cellular Skin Rx does not have access to your online credit card information at any time.
