RETURN POLICY
PLEAE NOTE ALL SKIN CARE KITS AND INDIVIDUAL SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. For full-size purchased products, CSRx will promptly refund, credit to your credit card, or exchange any opened products returned in original packaging within 35 days of purchase at a 75% refund rate.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Call 1-510-217-8814 to receive an authorization. Unopened returns are credited at 100% of the original purchase price. Due to prior return policy abuse, return acceptance is at the discretion of Cellular Skin Rx. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Cellular Skin Rx or damaged. Please mail your package securely wrapped with postage prepaid to:

Please include your invoice if possible and the reason for your return. Purchase price will be refunded within 24 hours of the receipt of the products in the same form as the product was originally purchased.

$3 Everyday Shipping is available for US orders. $4 Everyday Shipping is available for Canadian orders.
For all other foreign orders, shipping is added on the order form. Shipping rates depend on where you are located. Generally, shipping rates are $5-12 depending on your global location. Shipping rates are the same or BELOW the USPS international first class postal rates.

FREE shipping for ALL purchase orders totaling $95 or more for most countries. For most countries, please note that when you check out, if your purchase is $95 or more, there will no shipping line printed on the invoice. Your shipping is FREE. If your country cannot safely deliver first class international air mail, the shipping fee will be noted on your order.

International Customers: Shipping fees will be added to your order when you checkout. The fees are based on the weight of your order and where the order is being shipped. The average size order fee will be $5-7 or less. United States Postal Service First Class International Airmail is the service that is used in all cases unless you email or call and request another service. This class of service is NOT trackable. Please request another class of service if you feel your local mail service may lose/misplace/pinch your order. For Italy and Spain, EXPRESS SERVICE is the only option offered. You may always request first class service but you waive your right to a replacement order.

Secure Online Payment Processing
At Cellular Skin Rx, online credit card orders are handled through PayPal. The CSRx website has received the PayPal Seal of Verification. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the PayPal computers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser — one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. These servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP? Credit Card and phone orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Echecks are accepted via PayPal. Personal checks are accepted but orders do not ship until the check clears our bank which usually takes about 5-7 days.
